 Hermit Holidays-Hereford England
Hermit Holidays
A relaxing and lovely country 'get away from it all' break in tasteful four star accommodation at a fabulous location with stunning views over beautiful Herefordshire countryside.
The Hermitage Manor was built from locally quarried stone around 1830. Blending in with the surrounding natural environment the imposing residence was ideally situated as a rural retreat and quiet large family house. The Bishop of Hereford once owned The Hermitage as his summer retreat and subsequent families have enjoyed healthy lifestyles in the 12 acres of organic garden, copse and trails. Approached via a half-mile drive, the properties are surrounded by a 350 acre woodland with marked footpaths and home to buzzards, deer and badgers.
Current owners Ritsuko and Ron have renovated the Old Coach House and Stables to form two lovely, three bedroom self-catering holiday cottages - ideal for families or friends -country Breaks or longer. There are also three one bedroom holiday Apartments adjoining the main manor house, which have been comfortably and tastefully refurbished and are ideal for couples.
