Nicolas Rojas, Chef: Our restaurant is renowned for its superb food.We offer a wide range of outstanding gourmet vegetarian and vegan dishes, complemented by the most savory local seafood. With a commanding view of Zicatela Beach and its huge palapa, the restaurant is open to the sea breeze, creating an atmosphere that will greatly enhance your senses. The traditional leather and wood furniture, our friendly and helpful staff, as well as the well-stocked bar and the general cleanliness will provide for one of your most memorable eating-out experiences.

Cecilia Vasquez, Food Manager: It has been said, that many of the guests of our restaurant come to Puerto Escondido just because of our vegetarian food. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on this, since we do not have any statistics in that respect. What we do know, however, is, that we offer some of the most renowned vegetarian food within a radius of many hundred miles in Mexico, and it is our goal to even improve our standards in excellence, hygiene and selection to keep catering for our most important critics: Our esteemed guests.
