BREAKFAST

Our breakfast offers healthy alternatives that you won't find elsewhere. Breakfast may consist of whole toasted carrot, raisin, walnut bread, hot cereals, cranberry granola, French toast,fresh organic fruit or juice, breads and local fruit preserves. Most meals are vegetarian. Organic, non-lactose, and other menus are available. We can accommodate special diets. You will find this one of the healthiest breakfast anywhere. Lunches and dinners can be prepared for an additional cost with prior arrangement. We make every effort to help you feel at home.

PHILOSOPHY

We provide one of the few high quality non-allergenic, healthy living environments in both the residence and the grounds are maintained without chemicals or pesticides. We provide air purifiers, humidifiers, and relaxing music. No street shoes are worn inside, we welcome non-smokers only, and pets are not allowed. Children over 6 years old are welcome. The quality of the environment that exists here is beyond almost anything available else where. It may look the same on the surface, but it feels good in every way.

DISCLAIMER:
We are environmentally friendly to the degree that we use no chemicals or pesticides and work toward creating a healthy environment. We do have carpets that are well maintained without chemical cleaners and a gas stove. We can accommodate some people with Environmental Illness or Multiple Chemical Sensitivities.
